FOXFEST 2012 Line up announced

South East London’s annual Foxfest is back at the Fox and Firkin over the May Bank Holiday weekend. The initial line up has been announced and is well worth a look.

SATURDAY 5th May

William
Local indie faves and beloved of XFM’s John Kennedy; William reform for a one off SE London show.

Note to Self: Don’t Die
A collective of musicians from Blackheath based around the duo of Claire Banfield and Gerard Rada Nedich. The summery pop hit This is London Calling evokes a long tradition of bands from The Shop Assistants through to Tennis via St Etienne. One to watch out for in the coming years.

Stuart O Connor
Hertfordshire’s barefoot troubadour whose tours of Japan, New Zealand, Australia and Europe have seen him sell more albums from the back of his van than some would do in a career on a major label. Does incredible things with an acoustic guitar and a set of pedals.

Grace Cathedral Park
